Mollis has created an elevated casual dinning scene, offering the best fried chicken and soft serve ice cream in the Midlands. The innovative concept is the brainchild of the guys behind the Michelin Star Alchemilla Restaurant. Owner Alex Bond wanted to use the venue to showcase local talent and amongst street artists, Warrington+Rose was also asked to supply some Ward concrete double basins for the washrooms.
