The Butcher

This bespoke outdoor kitchen in Essex was designed by Sally Anne McCoy of Edwards McCoy Interior Design London, and fabricated by Warrington + Rose in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC). Constructed using 4.2 tonnes of concrete across 63 individual components, the kitchen features a central island with integrated storage, bespoke wine racking and industrial refrigeration. Cooking equipment includes an OX Oven and Asado OX Grills unit by OX Grills, alongside a Big Green Egg, creating a durable, high-performance outdoor kitchen designed for long-term alfresco living.
