Vraic Restaurant - Guernsey

Head Chef Nathan and the team prepare seasonal multi-course tasting menus at Vraic from unique produce that celebrate the best of Guernsey and the British Isles, from land, sea, and shore, whilst maintaining a link to his Welsh upbringing with flecks of Welsh ingredients. Warrington+Rose has been asked to produce bespoke concrete planters in two different sizes which we named ORIN, beautiful round MARTA basins for the toilets and a robust wine cooler in concrete to enhance the restaurant's relaxed and comfortable environment.
